Indications
Blood deficiency: dizziness, blurred vision, palpitations premature greying of the hair weak, sore lower back and knees constipation from dryness (unprepared form)
Contraindications
⚠️ contraindicated in Dampness or Phlegm and in loose stools ⚠️ rare reports of liver injury — use the prepared form, monitor with prolonged use

Use the prepared (steamed with black soybean) root to tonify; the raw root is more moistening and detoxifying.
